Rated 1 out of 5 by a 175 pound rider from Smartpak! Please put an ounce of thought into pics Someone please explain to me why they chose the mode they did for ‘Curvy’ breeches? I appreciate body representation but have no idea what these may look like on a body closer to mine…. something I was looking for when I clicked on breeches advertised as curvy. Nothing against the model but smartpak has gotten this feedback again and again; based on my knowledge Smartpak has never proactively featured curvy or plus sized models in first releases— they usually wait until they get complaints about lack of representation before adding newer photos with more diverse bodies. We’re tired of begging. Show the clothes on the bodies that want to wear them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by BrittneyB from Perfect besides the belt loops These breeches are great and legitimately high waisted. Fit as well as my favorite ariat bellatrix ones. I would say they are TTS if you order high waisted breeches normally. I was the same 26L that I am in other high waisted brands. I'd probably be a larger size in mid-waist ones. I am returning though because I'm a minimalist and I really don't like the double loop belt loops. Makes the waist look less long and slim which is the entire point of high waisted breeches. These are a very nice quality though and I would buy again if they intro a style with new belt loops

Rated 5 out of 5 by Maria from Great pants please change the belt loops! Ok love these- they fit so well, haven’t ridden in them yet but very happy with the colors and feel. One weird thing is the belt loops- you can see on the model how the belt sits low bc there is a stitch 2/3 of the way up. To me it looks goofy. It also can’t accommodate a very thick belt. I think since they’re a good fit and more casual anyway I’ll keep them and wear without a belt.

I don’t normally buy “curvy” pants but it’s hard with a bit butt to find pairs that are high enough rise to ride in. My only complaint: the belt loops are weird… but since they are a more casual breech, fit well and have the cute snaps I guess I’ll just wear without a belt.

They are stretchy and fit my waist without being too tight everywhere else. I'm 5'1" and 120 lbs and the 24R fits well with only a little scrunching at the bottom.

I have pairs of breeches with very similar fabric but feel very restrictive especially in the hips/knees. I tried these on & I was really surprised! The high rise is perfect & the stretch is amazing. I rode 2 horses when I tried them and didn’t have to pick/pull up my breeches at all! I typically wear a 32 in Tailored Sportsman, but i sized down to 30L in these breeches. I’m going to say they run slightly large only because they sit higher on the small of your waist.

I got these and I get immediate, effusive compliments EVERY TIME I WEAR THEM. Apparently they make my butt look perky. They are also the most comfortable pair I own. I need at least 2 pair in every color!

My only complaint is that they slide down a little and then the crotch ends up between my thighs. BUT they are a bit too big so that is probably my problem. I will be buying more!
