Rated 5 out of 5 by Hannah from Perfect schooling bridle! I had my 3yo in a Micklem with a d-ring snaffle, but noticed he was tossing his head a lot and not responding well. On impulse, I grabbed this and a baucher bit thinking maybe he needed a change. The bridle fits GREAT (he’s 16.2, and I bought the horse size, which has plenty of room for adjustments!), and he’s responding much better. He seems much more comfortable in it. It’s the only thing we ride in now!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Alice from Not the best quality for the price I bought this alongside a similar flash bridle on Riding Warehouse and even though it was cheaper, the quality of the RW bridle was far superior. The SmartPak one was very stiff upon arrival, and it already had a few wrinkles in the leather. The reins didn’t feel nice to the touch. With the two bridles side by side it was a no-brainer which one I wanted to keep. SmartPak bridle ended up being returned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Joy A from Great for the Price! I just purchased this bridle a few days ago, and for the price, I'm quite pleased! I absolutely love the reins. They’re so flexible and grippy! This bridle fits true-to-size everywhere except for the noseband. My mare has a small face, and I can barely reach the first hole. I’m sure it will be fine after it stretches, but I don’t think it would work for a bigger-headed horse.

Rated 3 out of 5 by cfarrswheel from Loose Keepers, Okay for The Price I've had this bridle for years now, it was the first one I ever bought. I hadn't used it for a long time, but I recently got a new OTTB and this is the bridle I have that fits his petite head! So A+ on adjustability. It's full size and has fit regular horses and my smaller guy (with a few extra holes in flash and noseband), who usually wears a cob size in other brands. Anyway, I love that it has become even more soft and supple without breaking every time I clean it. Also, the original reins have stayed intact so far. The main/only issue I have is that there are quite a few loose keepers (throat latch, both cheek pieces) which is just annoying and looks cheap. Sometimes I will put electrical tape to hold everything in place but that can leave a residue on the leather and it's time consuming to put on and remove every ride. I'm wondering if the quality has gotten better since I first purchased in 2017 (I think that's when it was). Anyway, overall it was a good buy and I'm glad to have it on hand, but I wish the quality was just a little bit better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by smulves from Solid bridle for the price I bought this in the cob size for a 14.2 hand QH. Everything fit okay except the noseband, which didnt even come close to reaching her chin. I ended up punching a hole at the very end of the strap to bring it down low enough so that the flash could go where it needed to. Besides tgat, everything else about the bridle has been great. The leather is decent quality and the bridle was easy to assemble. This is a pretty good value and I’d recommend it for schooling or low-level shows.
