Rated 5 out of 5 by Suess from Excellent for short-haired, touchy, or bathing Excellent for our sensitive (gritchy) red mare who seldom tolerates a body-brush. She tolerates this mitt when no other brush or curry meets approval, and the 'regular' horses like it for their faces, polls, legs, etc. particularly when coats are short (summer). It is also a good bathing mitt; it holds shampoo or suds nicely. Should fit adults and big-kids; e.g., I'm a glove size 7 and it fits large, but useful, on me; husband is moderate-sized and uses this mitt with ease.

When I say that well, let me point out that this one has a very small wrist (and the stretch on the wrist is very tight). I have small hands so although the glove fit pretty good (it's not supposed fit perfectly to your hand obviously, you gotta have some room) but the part around your wrist was quite "ow." Maybe it will wear out some with use for that, we'll see. I think my horse might like it. Oh and this was a fit without any gloves on in case someone thought I wore a glove first but why would one do that....

Rated 5 out of 5 by ponymares1 from great for sensitive horses and for shine! i bought this in store a few months ago and it’s a game changer. my nippy and sensitive horse loves it! it gets so much dust out of the coat and makes it super shiny. it also is the best tool i’ve ever used to actually get rid of saddle marks and sweat. the only problem i have is that it gets caught in my sweat scraper and metal curry comb a lot. i still would consider it a grooming bag must have though!

It is really helping me remove all the hair he is shedding. My only criticism is that it is hard to remove the hair from the mitt - you just can't shake it off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by lb413 from So far so good! I've used this 4 times now on my grey gelding. He is a bit sensitive, but is not bothered by this. I use it to scrub pee stains, buff out sweat stains, apply coat defense powder and remove mud. They also sent my favorite color; purple! I'm really enjoying this mitt overall. The only thing I will add is that for someone with larger hands, this mitt might be a bit small.
