I love the way these look, and there was absolutely no break in time required. I rode in them the first day I put them on, and was so pleased that I wore them on a 4 hour hunt on day 2! No pinching, blisters, or anything- they were perfect! I wipe my boots down after every ride and polish regularly, and I expect these to last me years to come. Thank you, Ariat!! My mom has the same boots and they still look great after two years, and she is very very hard on them. Up close, they do have some minor cracking at the ball of the foot, but I think they have held up extremely well for the amount of wear I have watched them go through!

These boots look great and fit me perfectly. The leather is soft and they have broken in very nicely . I’ma size 6, short, regular calf. I love the many sizing options that Ariat provides, because you can get nearly a custom fit. Love these!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Bad Quality Ariat has gone downhill. Prior comparable Ariats had a footbed that formed to a human foot, a soft blue attached inner sole and then a removable insole. These have nothing but flat sole and a poor quality removable insole. Hard as a rock and you will feel every rock.

I bought a second pair for convenience as I have a second horse at another barn. The quality is as good, if not better. Love the new tab at the heel to keep your socks in. They’re even good looking enough to show in. Easy to break in. Super comfortable. Always clean up beautifully. Couldn’t recommend more! Worth every penny.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ID12234 from Better Than Custom at a Fraction of the Price I've got fully custom Dutch as well as Italian boots – neither fit as well as these 'off the shelf' V Sports. I'm 5'2", 7.5 foot with large calves and small ankles. I ordered the 7.5 SW. The shaft is a little tall, but after one ride it has dropped enough to be comfortable. Supportive footbed; sturdy spur rests w option of placement; inner flap at heel protects breeches or socks from getting caught in zipper; soles w great grip in the irons. Have only ridden in them twice – so far they're awesome :) Rating 4 out 5 since it's early days yet. But they might as well be 5 stars ;)

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ellen in CO from Very functional riding boots This is my second pair of V-Sport boots. The new ones have some upgrades like a higher heel tongue and different leather texture. The good thing is that these are well thought out and have fit flex points in the foot and ankle that make sense. But, being extra wide I do find the new pair of boots very tight in the calf and uncomfortable at first. I know they will stretch eventually but they almost didn't zip. My first pair were not like this. I hope the zippers hold up better than the first pair. All and all, they are well thought out boots that I use for everyday and occasional shows.
