Rated 5 out of 5 by SmartPaker Linda from Picky Dog Approved! I would have given 10 stars but there is only an option of 5 stars! I was looking for dog food for my Aussie pup, Gunner. He was on Diamond Puppy Food for the first eight months of his life per the suggestion of his breeder. Now it was time to move off the puppy foods and onto food for all life stages. I was very concerned about changing foods. I was worried if he would eat it, he is picky. SmartPak has a great option for portion pak samples. I ordered a few samples and Gunner licked the bowl clean. Another worry was loose stool going from one food to another. I did mix it the first few days and there were no digestive issues. The small nuggets also make great nutritious treats to add to his treat toys. I am happy I discovered this high-protein food for my high-energy Aussie. I love that this product adds not only chicken but vegetables and fruit for vitamins and minerals. SmartCanine™ Chicken Meal and Brown Rice All Life Stages Dog Food supports Gunner’s health and shiny coat! Gunner will continue this food until it is time to change to a senior food! A huge plus is that it is made in the USA!

Rated 5 out of 5 by SmartPaker Macaire from My Dogs Love It! I was feeding my dogs a different brand of dog food and they started turning their nose up to it, so I decided it was time to switch. Once I switched to SmartCanine Chicken Meal & Brown Rice my dogs get so excited at feeding time! I even use this kibble as a treat during training because they love it so much. I’ve noticed my dog’s weight has been maintained perfectly with the PortionPaks and their coat looks amazing. I’m so happy my dogs love the food absolutely love the consistency and ease of feeding with the PortionPaks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by jeanbean from Good so far! We transitioned from Royal Canin-Sensitive Stomach to this brand due to its limited availability and frankly, the cost. SmartCanine appears to have similar ingredients and less filler. Della Mae & Harry (22 lbs & 48 lbs respectively) have no problem eating this brand, although they were a bit taken back by the kibble size at first (SmartCanine is much smaller). Their fecal production has increased, but is healthy and firm (sorry for the detailed information!!). For now, I recommend this brand. P.S. I order the 40 lb bag and the resealable feature DOES NOT WORK! We had to cut the bag open; luckily, we have a separate kibble bucket. We couldn't figure it out....
