Rated 4 out of 5 by Albb15 from Does it’s job - Wasteful packaging - I’ve used this for four months now. Most of the ingredients are good. I wish they were more clear on the Vit E (natural or synthetic) and wish there wasn’t any corn product. EPM wrecked my geldings immune system and now has severe fly allergies and sensitive skin. This helped get rid of his rain rot and general skin funk. My picky eater gobbles it right up. I had to get SmartPak’s because of ColiCare. The amount of plastic waste is appalling. Why do the SmartPak’s come wrapped in additional layers of plastic? Since I’m no longer doing ColiCare I’m buying the 56 day supply. But it would be nice if SmartPak used less plastic all around.

Had him on the supplement elevate concentrate for a while until we ran out, symptoms got worse so I decided to try an all around antioxidant and the vitamin E coupled with the other ingredients are truly making an improvement. He shivers less often and less severe. Thanks SP

Rated 5 out of 5 by Emma from Best all around antioxidant have used this product over the last few years, and decided to keep my mare on it not changing, the Vitamin E plus the SOD keeps her muscles and joints in healthy shape. Emma is a stout and well muscled mare, so this product helps with her now and hopefully i future years as to metabolic issues

After hours and hours of exhaustive review and comparisons of ingredients, I have combined custom doses of this product with two others: Smartflex Ultimate and Smartflex Rehab and been using this combo for over 2 years. I just had my 12 y/o performance hunter evaluated by the vet for a routine update. Passed with FLYING colors. I try to be proactive, preventive and supportive in my horse's care. I am a big believer in science and feel like a high performance athlete deserves to have their body replenished and supported properly.

I started my 23 yr old App on it after the vet recommended adding a Vitamin E supplement to cover all the sins of getting old (like a whole host of neurological potential issues). He has been on it for 5 weeks and hes doing great!! Better than expected and seems much happier/healthier.

He was biting at his chest and sheath area and his coat looked dull and brown. After being on the SmartAntioxidant Pellets for a few months, even as we enter summer and peak bug season, his coat looks amazing and his reaction to bugs is minimal. This has really helped his coat stay shiny and a dark chocolate color and keeping his allergic over reactions down. Any bites or rubs he does acquire quickly go away and heal up looking nice!

Rated 5 out of 5 by kris5crows from After cancer surgery First of all, Idk if this supplement will really help our aged gelding as his cancer had progressed into a lymph node. We did have a dog who had a malignant tumor with poor prognosis, and a canine vitamin/antioxidant tablet seemed to help, as he regained health and lived for many years after the original dx. So I am hoping SmartAntioxidant Pellets might similarly benefit our beloved horse. Why 5 stars? He LOVES these pellets. They smell - to me - like roasted hazelnuts. He can smell them as we are bringing his feed bucket down to the barn and dances around, tossing his head. He doesn't look up from his feed until it's gone, which means he isn't trying to steal feed from another horse. I just want him to enjoy his life. He's been through a lot, and seeing him so happy over such a small thing is worth the cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by greyjumper9 from Excellent product My horse has seasonal allergies that would result in him having a dull coat with bad scurf and funk all over his body that I could never quite get to go away, on top of the occasional bout of hives that would linger. After getting the hives resolved I wanted to find something to help his skin with the funk he'd get, as a coat supplement wasn't quite enough. I decided on this supplement as it was affordable and had both vitamin E and C in it, a combo that I hoped would work to improve his skin issues. He's been on this supplement for a few months now and it was worked wonders! His skin issues have finally cleared up and any little bout of funk he might get is quickly resolved with medicated shampoo now. As a bonus, his liver chestnut coat is now a rich, dark, chocolatey color which looks stunning. I'm very happy with this supplement and plan to keep him on it.
