To get started with SURE FOOT Equine Balance Pads, it is strongly recommend that the Quickstart Guide is reviewed prior to using Sure Foot Pads. When first introducing SURE FOOT Pads to your horse:
- Use caution when first offering Pads - make sure your horse is comfortable with the pads
- Use caution when positioning pads and keep your hands/feet away from hooves
- To start with, have your horse in an open space (like an arena) and on a lead rope
- Allow your horse to walk off the Pad if he needs to move
- Observe your horse’s response as a guide to how to proceed
