Clip broke after 3 months
I bought the cob size for my stocky quarter horse and it fit well on the nose, except I did need to punch a hole to make it a little shorter. After 3 months of use in turnout, the clip broke and unfortunately I will probably have to throw away the halter unless I can figure out a way to replace it. To be fair, it has been very cold so the metal may have been brittle. In terms of the ceramic therapy it seems to work very well!

Works great!
I have an older former FEI horse who has poll arthritis. The barn I keep him at leaves halters on in turnout so I wanted something other than leather. This popped up, and I bought it and tried it. Within 10 minutes of him wearing it, his eye had softened and he was licking and chewing.

Cob fits 16.2 hh TB mare
Just got this Smart Therapy halter- Cob fits TB mare wanted to post immediately because it is one of the deals and I was concerned about the fit because of other posts but glad I took the plunge. Yet to see if it works though . She has had chronic ear infections -( who knew that was a horse thing!!!) which has made it impossible to put a bridle on her . Will update in a couple of weeks . Happy Turkey Day y’all.

About the same as the Back on Track just HUGE!
I ordered the back on track version in horse, and this halter in cob. The quality is pretty similar, but the cob sized Smart Therapy halter was bigger than the horse sized Back on Track halter. It’s almost like they sized it before they added the couple inches for the breakaway tab.

Decent quality, just huge
I originally ordered this halter in the Horse size for my 16.2hh thoroughbred who usually wears full/horse size bridles and halters. It seemed like decent quality and checked all the boxes, but it was so large that it wasn't useable for my horse. I reordered the halter in the Cob size. I again put it up to the highest hole on both sides. It's useable, but still a lot larger that I would like. If this came in a pony size, I would get that, because it's an otherwise nice halter. I think this would be a great halter for a large (17hh+) warmblood, it just doesn't come in a size that's small enough to fit my horse.
