Why We Love This
The all new Majyk Equipe Sport/Dressage Boot is designed for schooling, turn out and trail. The boot is built from a tough but lightweight TPU outer with rip stop properties to repel dust and water. The inner bio foam liner is perforated to allow the horse's leg to breathe. Unlike closed cell foams like neoprene, this next generation foam allows air to circulate freely making sure your horse's leg stays cool and well ventilated - especially important during long schooling periods or turn out.
The boot features outer and inner strike guard protection. Inside the strike area is a layer of ARTi-LAGE - the latest in impact protection designed to protect your horse. This proprietary technology offers maximum protection with unique molecular properties designed to create a soft and flexible shock absorbing barrier. When at rest the molecules flow freely allowing the horse to move, however on impact, they lock together to absorb energy and reduce the force transmitted, passing the trauma away from the horse’s leg. This allows for greater protection when impact increases but never interferes with the horse's natural movement. In tests ARTi-LAGE outperformed other leading impact protection foams. A reinforced outer strike area gives protection against rubbing and interfering while the inner ARTi-LAGE protects bone, tendon and soft tissue.
The boots are finished with a high quality double stitched finish and a built-in stitch channel to avoid separation. The tough binding and finishes make a boot that is tough enough to stand up to everyday use. Unlike traditional sport boots made from 'hook and loop' outer material, these boots are perfect for trail as they won't pick up twigs, grass and burrs that usually stick to fabric boots. The perfect all round boot.

Nice boots, dont fit.
I really wanted these boots to fit. I lovethe material and look of these boots. Unfortunately they were way too small. I have a 16hh OTTB with average bone. The medium was too small for the front and the large too small for hind. Cant size up, because then they are too big. Big bummer!

Great boots, weird sizing
I generally love Majyk’s products and these are no exception. Very durable with great ventilation. They also look really cool. As others have said, they run small. I’ve also found that they are shaped in a way that makes them fit some horses really poorly, even if the size is correct. Luckily Smartpak has a great return policy, but it does sometimes take a few tries to get the best fit with these.

I LOVE these boots...
I purchased these boots approximately four months ago and I have to say these are the most incredible boots I have ever owned. I try to stay away from the fleece or wool-lined boots as they have a tendency to overheat the legs, tendons, and ligaments. Neoprene tends to overheat as well, encourages bacteria build-up, and holds sweat/water. The non-neoprene liner of these boots is breathable, well-ventilated, easy to clean, lightweight, and overall just FABULOUS. They have held up great in comparison to other boots I have had (my mare interferes behind) and they are still in like-new condition. The velcro is strong and sturdy and doesn't wear like some do. Overall, just a phenomenal product, so worth the price. If you're stuck between sizes, size up.

Good Value
I have had a set of these boots for a year now, and it's time for a new set. My young WB is very tough on them, and they have lasted a long time. They are easy to wash out and leave to dry, and they don't make his legs excessively hot. A good value

Sizing a problem
Size says Small for Pony to 5'2". My horse 15' and so small boot would not wrap around and come near to closing - nothing like the photo shows of a correct fit attached to the boots. I'd say sized for PONY only or very petite small horse. Disappointing as the boot itself seems just what I was looking for. However, the MEDIUM will no doubt be too wide and high. I'll try another boot before wasting my time with the sketchy sizing info the product shows on line.

You can see these a mile away. Bright white, classy accent, highly functional, soft and durable rubber parts, soft and non-rubbing on the neoprene interior. Strong recommendation.

Protects my horse's legs on the flat!
I used to never put boots on my horse for flatwork, but these are so great! I absolutely love them.They don't rub his sensitive white legs like a lot of boots do and the non-neoprene lining doesn't get all gross and cause fungus on his legs. I use these every single time I flat now and I don't think I would go back. They are also so so easy to clean with just a hose down after every ride or even every few rides if I am feeling lazy. They still look almost brand new after months of riding in sandy arenas.

So Far, So Good
A smart Pak representative recommended these boots when I asked her opinion on some of the most durable boots you offer. My horse travels close and consequently shreds his boots beyond use rather quickly, no matter how expensive or how reasonable. These are the first boots that have made it through the first couple of months virtually undamaged. First I bought them in black then ordered a second pair in white. These boots are handsome as well as tough!
