Pass on these
I bought these boots because it trust the brand and the straps looked like they’d be easier to get on my horse that doesn’t like to stand still. My horse is a Westphalian- not puny, but not huge. The smallest of these boots practically hang off of her. They can’t be strapped tighter. Even if they could, I dislike the inserts because they don’t get very cold and don’t stay cold.

Good idea, but the ice packs suck.
I bought these last summer so I've had them about a year. They get used 2-3/week during the summer. My horse stays in cross ties or hand grazes while wearing them so minimal opportunity for getting them dirty. They've help up decently for that use. I wouldn't feel comfortable using them unsupervised.
The ice packs are my biggest complaint. They're about worthless. Fortunately I was able to go on Amazon and buy some similarly sized but better cooling ones that make these worth using. It's hard to get the top of the tendon and cannon bone iced. I find it primarily ices the fetlock and about half way down the tendon even with the better ice packs.

Not worth the price tag
I bought these to help rehab a ruptured tendon. Unfortunately, I’m not impressed. The ice pack that comes with it barely gets cold enough to do much and doesn’t stay cold for long at all. I get better results from my ice horse boot that was much less expensive. Disappointed with a brand I expected to be superior in the industry.

Easy to Use, Well Designed, Not Durable
I will caveat my review with the fact that I used these boots every day for a year, while doing rehab on my injured horse. The outer material is a shavings magnet (like as bad as fleece), but what isn't? The reflective lining on the inside of the boot fell apart within a few months, and is now completely gone. I do think this reduced the effectiveness of the boots. The ice pack inserts are made of a fairly thin material, so they developed numerous holes after about 6 months of use. The gel has leaked out and unfortunately I don't see an option to replace the custom shaped ice packs without replacing the entire boots. I would expect to get about 100-300 uses out of these before they're no longer working, which may be a fair value for the price.
