Helps with summer hooves
My horse’s feet were getting brittle and cracking at the nail holes in dry summer weather. I have been diligently applying this every day and it is helping keep his feet soft enough that the cracks haven’t worsened. I have noticed if I skip a day the hoof looks worse again, so I’m not sure how much it will affect the hoof quality long term, but it’s definitely helping on a daily basis for now.

Good stuff, wish it came in black
Not sure why the black is so hard to find, but this is a decent substitute.
I like that it is thick and doesn't just run off the hoof onto the floor. It is also not slippery and does not stain.

Excellent!
I bought this product to help my mates feet as she cracks up really badly during the summer by stomping at flies/wet summer. Water proof, grown some new foot in and the cracks are almost all gone! Highly recommend this product over any other hoof oil/gel

Can't Live without this!!
I love all Effol products so much but must say this is my favorite. Not only does it make your horses hoofs look amazing they stay moisturized. If I apply one day the next you can still see that the hoof are moisturized. I use the brush that they sell but not the holder. I just use a ziploc bag to put the end of the brush in and put in the corner of my grooming box. Only problem is in the winter time its so cold that you can hardly use it. I just changed to the Effol cream or oil for the winter and use this one for the rest of the year. Also the price is totally worth it! This stuff last a long time.

Love this stuff!
I use this a lot during the summer when I hose my horse off... keeps the water off his hooves and keeps them from getting cracked and dry!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff and turned a bunch of ladies at my new barn on to it too!
