Rated 5 out of 5 by hannab23 from Great product! I have had my 18-year old TB/Percheron cross on the source nuggets for two months now and his dapples have come out! His coat shines now and the farrier said its the best his hooves have ever looked. I give him the nuggets as opposed to the powder, because he's picky about what he eats, but he will eat them right out of my hand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by pahorseowner from Horse won't eat I gave this three stars because I have fed it to other horses in the past with great results. That being said my current horse won't eat it. He doesn't even try to eat around it... I have to be honest he is a picky eater. So in no way does this review go against Source-but just a heads up for those who have finicky horses this might not be for them.

It makes sense, most people buy hay & feed grown on land that was already farmed for years. It's 100 percent possible that the micro nutrients are depleted.

Now that fall is here, the grasses in my pastures are not as nutritious and I am not sure about the nutrients in the hay. So I have added Source to my feeding regimen. It is easy to feed with oats and my horses will eat it (none left at the bottom of the feed tub).
