Only supplement that works for my guy
This seems to be the only supplement that helps my horse who has sweet itch. There was a shipping issue once which resulted in him not getting this supplement for only 3 days. In those 3 days his sweet itch took over again. Once he was back on his normal schedule he was completely fine! I would like to add that my horse is not a picky eater.

Horse refused to eat this product!
My thoroughbred gelding refused to eat the product. We think that the garlic put him off.

Disappointed
I bought this product for my 12 year old AQHA who is always itchy this time of year. I tried it for 2 months. It did seem to help a little the problem is he did not like eating it. It is 3 wells, which for a powder is A LOT. It also has a yellow tent so for a white horse his muzzle always had a light tinged yellow color for hours after eating it. If this product came in pellet form I would absolutely try it again but don’t want to pay for a messy powder that I have to mix with other things just to get him to possibly eat it.

Beating the Sweet Itch this summer!
For the last 2 summers my gray horse was an itchy bloody mess! He was biting at himself badly that he was bloody! This year I started SmartItch Ease in the beginning of April and have him in a fly sheet, fly boots and mask 24/7 and every day I pray I will find him as good as he was the day before - and as of this date he is still clear! He does scratch and itch a little bit - but no more than every horse around him with the flys and midges. The few bites he does get I put a little colloidal silver on along with diaper rash cream. I give him a bath just now and then with Head and Shoulders for itchy scalps. Not too often because I think bathing can lead to itchiness too! I would love to bath him every day - he is a gray that loves to lay in poop! LOL
I am sure at this point in the summer that the game changer for my horse this year is the Smartitch Ease! My horse is a food junkie so no problem eating it - in fact he loves it! I'll keep him on till October and begin again next April. Let's hope August will be as Sweet Itch free as June and July has been! THANK YOU SMARTPACK for putting this miracle together for horses that suffer with Sweet Itch (nothing sweet about it!) : )

If you have an itchy horse PLEASE give this a try. I have spent so much money trying to find a solution to this problem. Numerous trips to vet and Auburn .Tried everything that was suggested plus meds. This has stopped the rolling and mane and tail from falling out. I will never stop using this. My mare is so much happier this summer so far. A different horse.

I've had my pony on this since this past winter and it seemed like it would work but sadly it hasn't. He loves the taste and his skin seemed less dry but he still itches all the time. Great ingredients and quality, just not for my individual pony.

My horse will not touch this supplement
I cannot say if this supplement works as my horse will be touch it. I have tried this supplement in all of her favorite foods and she will just sniff her bucket and walk away. Not worth the money if your horse will not eat it.

Saves my guy, but he hates eating it.
This saves him in the summer, the only product I found that works, however he's not by any means a picky eater and hates eating it no matter what I do, if it was pelleted it would be so much easier (and less wells lol).

I`ve barely got 1 month fed and already notice a big difference in her winter coat ! A horse is supposed to look shiney in 2" of winter hair ?? So far so good,can`t wait to see Murphy when she sheds out this spring.
