I have been feeding my dog the SmartCanine™ Salmon Meal and Brown Rice All Life Stages Dog Food for two months now and could not be happier! My picky Pitbull loves this food and never walks away from her bowl. My pup is sensitive to chicken and this food contains salmon and whitefish. I also love that this formula is made in the USA and contains whole foods. It is also super simple to set this up on Autoship to ensure I never run out - all while saving 5%!

Neet to work on packaging
I love the product. We have been feeding this food to our older dog for a year now and she looks great, and loves the food. My issue is with the mis-labeling of the product. It is marketed as a food for "all stages of life" and even has a serving size chart on the bag for puppies. So I purchased a 40# bag for my dog and our new puppy. When the bag arrived, it was labeled as "adult" dog food. I called SmartPak for clarification and was told it was not appropriate to feed to the puppy. Had I known this, I would have just stuck with the SmartPaks for my dog and gotten different food for the puppy. I was told I could return the 40# bag at my own cost. No thanks! I decided to keep the bag and hope it doesn't get stale in the time it takes my 20# Boston Terrier to eat it all. SmartPak, please fix the way this product is being represented as a food for all life stages. It is very misleading.

Picky Dog Approved
Ive gone through a lot of different dog food with my 3 year old dog I either get the dog not eating it or him having diarrhea. well we are going on 6 months on this food and the puppy is still continuing to eat every meal with no issues. The ingredients are good. The price is good. I would for sure say its picky dog approved. My dog won't eat most of the normal food dogs like including some cheese, popcorn, and cheerios. he's turned his nose a bacon a couple times what dog does that!
