Worked great
I used this product on my new thoroughbred that seemed to be extra sensitive to flies. I really liked the results. Less flies around him and his coat looks great!!

The Secret to a Happy Chestnut Mare in the Summer!
I have the classic super-sensitive OTTB chestnut mare, and the bugs drive her nuts. I started her on Smart Bugoff the first summer I had her and was soon able to ditch the fly sheet completely and cut way back on the spray. I've found that each year, it takes about 2 weeks for the product to build up and really start being effective, and it helps to double-dose it during that time. But once it works, it works! .

Ehhh. I got it hopping to help the bugs and at first I thought it was but not I’m not sure. Thinking it would be a nice 365 supplement as it had the off season supplement as well. Law spring I thought the bugs would leave him alone and target other horses in may and early July. But now they target him just as much as the other horses. I’m not sure I would keep him on it for the bugs but would definitely do the vitamin e and omegas in the fall by itself. I’m not seeing enough of a difference I’m going to be stopping it. Other horses at the barn that are also on it seem to attract just as many flies as horses not on it. Also a smartpak helper let me know it doesn’t discourage bugs reproducing in the fecal matter it just is suppose to be a deterrent like fly spray. Also I started in march or April? Before bug season.

Inexpensive Supplement that WORKS!
My mare has skin issues, most like allergies; especially in the warm months when flies and gnats are present. She had bare patches and scabs all over. She was itching constantly. I started her on two a day (one with each feeding) toward the end of last summer and noticed an improvement. The bare patches filled in. So I kept her on one a day throughout the fall and winter and I've started her back on two a day as the warm spring weather approaches. Her coat looks amazing! I believe she scratches less that before as well! These supplements are not expensive and they've worked for me, I'd be lying if I said I didn't notice a significant improvement. I used to give her 30 Zyrtec a day (15/meal), which I stopped giving her as well. Give it a try ... you've got nothing to lose but bad skin problems!

Excellent Results
So far I can't say enough about Smartpak!! Every supplement I have tried with my aged mare has given outstanding results. I am so glad I heard about Smartpak many years ago. Value,Service,Results. They are all there !!
