Restore ® SR contains the latest technology in electrolyte therapy, including a proprietary slow-release mechanism that allows sodium to be released gradually into the gastrointestinal tract for sustained absorption. This carefully formulated powder electrolyte provides sodium, chloride, potassium, and magnesium to replenish the electrolytes lost through sweat. This orange-flavored, sugar-free powder is palatable and designed to be mixed with feed meals daily.

So far, so good. Horse eats it readily. Love that it has no sugar!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dressage rider from Picky eater likes these electrolytes My mare is a picky eater and she eats these electrolytes. We live in a very hot and humid environment outside of Houston, Texas. It is critical that horses in this environment eat electrolytes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Cosmo from Not palatable - Horse is not he picky type Started my guy on this supplement after OneAC made no difference (had him on OneAC last fall, off over winter, restarted in March before the heat came in). 3.5 weeks after being on Restore SR he started sweating again. Which is amazing and wonderful! However, my horse is not a picky eater and absolutely does not like this stuff. He does his best to leave it in his dish. The tub should last me through the worst of our heat but I am already starting to look for an alternative for next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Luna1967 from Sadly not palatable Purchased for my mare that ties up. She's on the KER feed as well (ReLeve). I can't get her to touch it. When the feed is not wet, she manages to leave a little pink pile of Restore at the bottom of her feed tub. When it's wet, she just won't eat. I really need her to like it but it's not happening. Love the KER feed, though.

It has no sugar in it which is always a big concern for me and I noticed her muscle are performing much better. I am so happy SmartPak decided to carry KER! I secretly wish it came in a pellet but my horse does love the taste!
