GlycoFlex® Stage 2 Hip & Joint Chewable Tablet provides comprehensive support for joint function and connective tissue health in dogs with moderate joint dysfunction. This tasty chewable tablet represents the second stage of a comprehensive stage of life program for joint support. GlycoFlex 2 is also recommended by veterinarians for adult and maturing dogs, sporting and working breeds as well as follow-up to orthopedic surgery. With 750 mg Glucosamine HCl, 600 mg Perna canaliculus Mussel, 500 mg MSM in a tasty chicken flavor.

Instructions

Initial (4-6 weeks):
Up to 30 lbs: 1/2 tablet daily
31 - 60 lbs: 1 tablet daily
61 - 100 lbs: 2 tablets daily
101 lbs and over: 2 1/2 tablets daily

Maintenance:
Up to 30 lbs: 1/2 tablet every other day
31 - 60 lbs: 1/2 tablet daily
61 - 100 lbs: 1 tablet daily
101 lbs and over: 1 1/2 tablets daily

If giving more than 1 tablet daily, divide between AM and PM.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hlbos712 from Really see a difference! My German Shepherd has soft ears that flop when he runs. Being on this (twice now), within two weeks his ears don't flip when he runs. If there's a difference there, then I definitely bet it's also helping his joints!!

I've noticed some difference but if I reviewed this product just for him, it would be a 3. Now for my other dog who is an over weight sheltie who doesn't do much but of anything. It has changed him drastically. He can finish a mile walk and never broke from a trot and ran some. My review for him only would be a 5 or 6 if I could. For the price, I will continue it for both of them!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lynn from Really Works I needed something to help my older dog continue to move around comfortably. She had been plagued by hip pain and this has really made a huge difference. In fact I missed her daily dose one day by accident and she could hardly get up off the floor. Won't do that again. Gave her another dose and the next day she was back to her nimble self. The only problem I have is that she won't eat it alone. It may be a chewable, but I have to crush it up and add it to her food.

At that time the Vet from Univeristy of Pennsylvania orthopedic division HIGHLY recommened giving this to our pet for the rest of his life to help his joints as he grows older. He takes 2 tablets everyday with his food for maintenance and doesn't seem to have any issues with his joints.

More flexibility and energy. My husband and I feel this product is fantastic! Our current dog thinks the pill is a treat and eats it first before anything else.
